FC Foundations is Future Climate Collective’s adaptable, standards-aligned classroom program that empowers teens to see the climate crisis as both a scientific challenge and a personal, human story. Through interactive lessons across science, social studies, and SEL, students explore the science of climate change, its social impacts, and their own emotional responses—building climate literacy, resilience, and the confidence to shape the future.

FC Fellows is a program that brings emerging climate experts—like environmental studies majors or early-career professionals—into schools to teach and inspire students. Fellows deliver interactive, standards-aligned lessons that strengthen climate understanding, critical thinking, and emotional resilience. The program supports teachers, enriches curriculum, and helps train the next generation of climate educators.

FC Impact is an intergenerational climate leadership program that pairs motivated teens with experienced climate professionals and undergraduate mentors to design and implement local climate solutions. Through yearlong collaboration, students gain hands-on experience, build leadership and project management skills, and learn how to drive real-world change—preparing them to be the next generation of climate leaders.

Adapt to the Future is a youth contest where teen teams develop creative solutions to real-world climate adaptation challenges in their communities. Through research and collaboration, they tackle issues like extreme weather and resource management, then present their proposals to local leaders. The program builds climate literacy, problem-solving skills, and empowers teens to lead with confidence toward a more resilient future.
