GEN: FELLOWS
Bringing Fresh Perspectives to Climate Education
GEN: Fellows are emerging climate experts, typically an environmental studies major or early-career professional, who joins our classrooms to teach, inspire, and engage students during a short term residency.
GEN: Fellows provide an easy, ready-made way for teachers, schools and school districts to incorporate up-to-date climate science and emotional resilience content that aligns with educational standards. Through interactive lessons and open dialogue, they deepen students’ understanding of climate change, foster critical thinking, and build emotional resilience and empowerment to face the challenges ahead.
This program enriches curriculum, supports teachers, and provides valuable teaching experience for the next generation of climate educators and advocates.
